JEAN-MARC NAVELLO

Tiel; Markt – Jean Marc Navello (France)
Daalderop Fabriek is an icon in the Tiel tin industry and famous for its uniquely designed household items. For centuries, Tiel was the tin city of the Netherlands, where craftsmanship and design came together in beautiful household products. This floating teapot from 1956, with reflections of workers in the factory, shows the connection with the city. Jean Marc depicts Tiel’s industrial past in a dreamlike composition.
Pour the tea, hold your hands underneath or step on the pot – anything goes.

Jean-Marc Navello began his career as an Art Director at an advertising agency. He later continued as a designer for movie posters, which introduced him to and discovered his passion for large-format design. His other passion, drawing, led him to step up to become an illustrator and freelance graphic designer. In 2010, Jean-Marc Navello Madonnaro discovered art by participating in the first international street painting festival in Toulon. He then became co-organizer of this event, started drawing 3D himself and participates in various street painting festivals around the world.
